is with GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT that both Dr. Mirza Psychiatrist at the
Phoenix Community Counseling Center San Bernardino and the floor manager
today decided to maintain the status quo in the care and concerns that I
have been bringing forward as it references these two videos: QR

Your office manager decided to label my emails as
harassment when they are not. We are not going to
progressively get through this issue with attitudes that are ingrained
on your part that do not change. In closing, I told Doctor Mirza
that the year is 2018. Also as it relates to the activity in
social media on his instagram, I was enforcing the idea that it is not
an option to duck tail and run away from this issue on that

pressure to do the right thing over the wrong things in this
case, I have the right to point out where informed consent
